Unsaid privacy policy
Your conversations are processed on your phone. Subscription information is processed online to provide paid features.
Chats and analysis
Unsaid processes the chat exports you choose to import, your questions, statistics, findings, notes, and search indexes on your device. We do not receive or store this content on a DecafDevs server. The AI models are packaged with the app and run on your device; Unsaid does not send your chats or questions to a cloud AI service.
Unsaid stores its copies encrypted and uses your device lock to control access. It requests that its files be excluded from operating-system backups and transfers, but device makers may handle transfers differently. You can delete a conversation or all Unsaid data in the app. This does not delete the original export or copies held in other apps.
Subscriptions
Unsaid offers optional monthly and yearly subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play. RevenueCat helps us validate purchases, restore access, and understand subscription activity. It receives a generated app user identifier, purchase and subscription information, and technical connection information such as an IP address. We do not send RevenueCat chat messages, participant names, questions, reports, or AI prompts. Your app store handles payment under its own privacy policy.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in your app store account. Deleting chats in Unsaid does not automatically remove purchase records held by the store or RevenueCat. To request deletion of billing data we control, contact us below. Store, tax, and legal retention requirements may limit what can be removed.
Sharing and other services
If you choose to create and share a PDF report, Unsaid creates it on your phone. It may contain names, message excerpts, and interpretations. A copy you save or share leaves Unsaid’s encrypted vault and is handled by the destination you choose. Unsaid does not automatically send reports.
Unsaid uses your phone’s regular keyboard. The keyboard you select may process what you type under its own settings and privacy policy. If you open an export from a cloud file provider, that provider may download the file before Unsaid receives it.
Contact and deletion requests
Email suryadeep@decafdevs.com for privacy questions or a request to delete billing data. We may ask for a store transaction identifier to locate a purchase. Please do not send chat exports, private messages, or payment card details.
