Unsaid helps you explore a chat export on your phone. If something is not working, email suryadeep@decafdevs.com.
Before you write
- To cancel or change a subscription, open your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
- To restore a purchase, use Restore purchases on Unsaid’s subscription screen.
- To delete an imported chat, use Unsaid’s Privacy & storage settings.
Please describe the device, app version, and what happened. Do not email your chat export or private messages.
For billing-data deletion requests, write to the same address. We may need a store transaction identifier to locate a purchase; please do not send payment card details.
